UPN, Everleaf to combine forces

The Universal Poker Network will be combining with Everleaf Gaming tonight at 9 pm et January 19, 2010. Down time estimates vary but expect at least ten hours for your site to be offline.

The Universal Poker Network was a Europe facing network with the Euro as their currency. Everleaf Gaming allowed US players and had the US dollar as their currency. The new, combined network promises a multi-currency system as well as a new cashier with more deposit methods.

Neither of these networks were extremely large, and they were always owned by the same concern. By combining, the principles hope to create a larger network that will attract more players to their system.
