QQ with Flop A

Hi all!!!
In tournament: There are 88 players from 262,blinds are now 150/300, average stake is 4 000 chips. I have 10 000 chips and in given moment I am on 8 place, my position is UTG1, on UTG2 is LAG, he is on 1 place and he has 23 000 chips.
... PREFLOP...
I have QQ. I rais to 1200, UTG2 call, all are fold.
...FLOP... (2 A 5)
I bet to 1200. He call.
...Turn.. (3)
I bet to 900 and he all-in...
what is here good decisions?
