Default I hear ya lucky...

when I first made the transition from real life games, (with friends, neighbors, or in casinos), to the world of online poker that is one of the first things I noticed: folks online act in ways they wouldn't think of acting in the real world. They use language, ethnic slurs and references to other's sexual preferences and paternal origin that, in the real world, would earn them a quick pop in the mouth! Or even scarier for most of them , dirty looks from their fellow players.

Sometimes I am just not in the mood for abuse. If I find it to be too much for me, or I am just not into fighting the ignorance on ANY level, I will sit out for 10 minutes and do something else. Nine times out of ten, when I return the idiots have busted out, or I am at a new table. And I still have chips, and can continue to have fun!

For the most part, I have found my online experience to be fantastic. I have met so many helpful, friendly-and funny-people from all over the world. Once in awhile you will hit a room that is just golden. People that just enjoy the game...that is worth all the BS.

I hope we get to play sometime, lucky!

edited for: I guess we might get to play, as we are both in the 8pm freeroll on UB. I'll keep my eyes out, and good luck!
